Ski area Grünau im Almtal

This ski area is not yet well known among tourists and is easily accessible by many lifts. The area is a perfect ski holiday destination for children. Grunau im Almtal is known for its high quality ski slopes. On the Kasberg part of the area, located behind the "Dead Mountains" there are slopes popular with snowboarders. The ski area is also perfect for cross-country skiing and hiking. For children there is also a reserved area: Muggl-Skiarena, where young, budding skiers learn their first steps on skis.
