On the borderline of Gurgltal and Inntal lies Imst. This pleasant little ski resort is free from mass tourism and very popular among families and those in search of peace and quiet. It is the perfect address for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the beauty of the snowy mountains and frozen lakes. In the evening you can enjoy a ‘schnapps’ or a cup of ‘jäger’ tea in one of the traditional ski bars where you can have a great time. The ski area of Ims-Gurgltal reaches up to an altitude of almost 2100 metres boasting some 10 kilometres of slopes.
