Aurach (Austria)

Aurach is 4 kilometers from Kitzbühel. It is a real Tyrolean farming village with a lovely picturesque church which is situated in the heart of the village. The wildlife park on the outskirts of the village is certainly worth a visit as here you can meet some 250 alpine animals from deer to potbellied pigs!

Because the ski bus runs regularly to the ski resorts in the area, Aurach is a very popular place. The village has a direct connection to the Kitzbühel Ski Area. This ski area has slopes of every level from beginner to expert totalling 148 kilometers of runs! The Kelchalm is a 4.5 km long toboggan run, which delights every member of the family.
