St. Gallenkirch-Gortipohl (Austria)

St. Gallenkirch is surrounded by the impressive Alpine Giants that make sure the village keeps its original image. Gortipohl is a few kilometres further down but it does belong to the same municipality. The lifts of St. Gallenkirch are slightly off the village centre but there is a ski bus service. On one side of the village a cable car goes up to the ski area of Silvretta Nova and on the other side you’ll find the ski slopes of Hochjoch. St. Gallenkirch has several cafes, bars and restaurants where you can have a very pleasant time in the evenings.
