Surrounded by the romantic mountains of the Mostviertler Alps, located between the Ötscherland and Mariazeller Land, you will find the small village of Annaberg. This charming village is located at 976 meters of altitude. In the nearly 800-year history of the village of Annaberg, the pilgrimage through the centuries played an important role for Anna Berger. This history affects many aspects of current daily life in Annaberg.
This is a village for explorers and adventurers. In summer it is a challenging hiking playground. In winter Annaberg turns into a winter wonderland and winter sports playground. The ski area is not large, but has plenty to offer. For beginners, there are several practice runs but there are also steep, challenging slopes and mogul runs for the adventurous skier. The area is very family friendly. Children under 6 years old ski for free accompanied by an adult.
