Telfes (Austria)

Telfes is at the beginning of the Stubai valley just before the more famous town of Fulpmes. The village is not very big and consists of only a few cottages, a handful of hotels and a beautifully painted church. The Schlick 2000 ski area is nearby, but by ski bus or car you'll soon be on the slopes of the Stubai Glacier.

In total, the Stubai Valley offers over 150 kilometers of ski slopes. Most of these are located on the Stubai Glacier where you will find optimal snow conditions in the Schlick 2000 area and on the Elfer. Advanced skiers will prefer the skiing on the glacier while beginners and families will prefer to go to one of the smaller areas.
