Centrally located in the "Giant Mountains" lies the small ski resort of Benecko. It is one of the most pleasant ski villages in this mountain range. Benecko provides excellent ski options for beginners and children, and because the ski options are more limited than in the larger ski resorts, prices are pleasantly low. The area has several ski slopes including a practice slope (great for children).
