The highest peak of the Cambre d'Aze mountain is 2750 above sea level.
The Espace Cambre d'Aze ski area is located far away from the hubbub of the big, famous ski resorts in the French Pyrenees. The area has many very easy green slopes, but also has some challenging red slopes for more advanced skiers. There are 21 pistes, 9 of which are green, 3 blue, 7 red and 2 black. Together there are 35 km of ski runs in total offering something for all levels. The area is, however, especially suitable for beginners and families with very young children as there is a special beginners area. The Espace Cambre d'Aze is pretty snow sure but there are 157 snow cannons present to ensure good snow cover in the event of bad snowfalls. There is a nice restaurant up on the slopes and there are a number of restaurants and bars in the two villages.
